| How
You can help the Foundation
Visit Pollyanna's exhibitions
in her private gallery! A minimum of ten percent
of the sales at every exhibition is donated to conservation
work through the Foundation. Special edition prints and other
items raise extra funds, and all the proceeds from cups of tea
and coffee go directly to the Foundation.
Buy tickets in our prize draw. Every year
we hold a prize draw - usually between January and July - to
win one of Pollyanna's original paintings, or one of twelve
runners up prizes.
Hold a Foundation Coffee Morning or Afternoon Tea.
We can provide boxes of goods for sale with the proceeds going
to the Foundation, along with raffle prizes and other material.
Volunteer. We are currently looking for volunteers
willing to sell goods at car boot sales on behalf of the Foundation.
We can provide all the sales goods, tables, clothes rails etc.
We also need people to sell prize draw tickets each year. We
also welcome other fundraising ideas. If you would like to help,
please contact us.
Donate. We welcome donations to our fundraising
campaigns. Cheques can be made payable to The Pollyanna Pickering
Foundation, and mailed c/o Amanda Rees, The Barn, Brookvale,
Oaker, Matlock, Derbyshire, DE4 2JJ. To make a donation using
credit cards or paypal, please contact us.
Adopt a wild or relocated cheetah through
the Pollyanna Pickering Foundation and you could win a money-can't-buy

And the easest way of all ........ shop online!
You can now help us raise funds for the Pollyanna Pickering
Foundation while using your favourite web sites, with no cost
to you. We have joined forces with easyfundraising.co.uk
and Hungry
Elephant two web sites which enable small-scale charitable
organisations to collect commission on online purchases from
major retailers, including Marks and Spencers,
Harrods and Amazon. You can
even raise funds while bidding on ebay!
This is a wonderful way to help us raise money for wildlife
without any risk, and without any additional cost!
In fact many of the online retailers offer special deals and
discounts, so you can save money at the same time as raising
funds for our work with injured British wildlife and conservation
of endangered species around the world.
easyfundraising.co.uk
If you haven't used easyfundraising yet, then now is the time
to log on and support us. It's so simple! Just register online
at their web site, and every time you shop with any of the 350
brand name retailers, you'll earn a donation of up to 15% for
us.
Lots of fantastic new retailers are signing up every week.
Why not check out NEXT and Hotel Chocolat! Also take a look
at the ever growing list of travel agents and tour operators
(Haven Holidays, Eurocamp, BA, Lastminute.com, Expedia, Virgin,
ebookers, Hertz, Argus Car Hire & Laterooms to name a few).
You can even save money by booking online.
So if you shop online anyway, why not do it with easyfundraising
and raise some valuable funds for The Pollyanna Pickering Foundation.
Hungry
Elephant
Each time you are shopping online, click on the link above,
or go to www.hungryelephant.co.uk and type the word Pollyanna
in the box at the top of the screen requesting the code of your
chosen organisation. Then simply click on the link to your chosen
store and shop as usual. The Foundation will receive between
1% - 10% commission from the retailers – at no cost to
you.
You can shop at over fifty established online retailers, including
travel sites such as Expedia, Last Minute and Superbreak, and
the online shops of John Lewis HMV and Tesco. You can even book
your rail tickets through the trainline, or flights direct with
Virgin or KLM. Once you have clicked on the link from Hungry
Elephant you are taken to the retailers own secure site, so
there is no additional risk.
A full list of participating retailers can be found on the
site – and the list of stores will tell you how much commission
you will be raising for your chosen organisation while you are
shopping. This is a wonderful way to help the Foundation raise
funds for our ongoing conservation projects with no cost to
you.
