Talk: Pollyanna Pickering: Inspired by Nature

As the guest speaker at Scunthorpe U3A’s summer meeting Anna-Louise will be pleased to present this talk celebrating Pollyanna’s life and work – from her remarkable career which saw her celebrated as one of the world’s foremost wildlife artists, to her passion for the conservation of the wildlife she loved. The talk will of course be illustrated with images of Pollyanna’s award winning artwork – and will include stories from the global expeditions which provided inspiration for her detailed and heart warming paintings.

The talk will also include details of some of the wildlife and conservation projects undertaken by The Pollyanna Pickering Foundation
