Pollyanna’s designs Launch on Sewing Street TV

Wow! We were blown away by the response to the brand new range of fabrics featuring Pollyanna’s artwork which launched on the Crafting TV Channel Sewing Street in October last year.

The channel produced eight beautiful fabric panels which were launched in a 90 minute live show.  One of the designs sold out before the show had even begun – and by the end of the 90 minutes ALL of the available stock had sold. “It was absolutely incredible” Anna-Louise said afterwards “I thought that the sewing community would enjoy the opportunity to work with Pollyanna’s images – but I couldn’t have imagined a 100% sell out on our first ever show!”

A subsequent show in December featuring British wildlife paintings proved equally popular, and Anna-Louise has already been invited to curate a collection of images to launch during the channel’s special Birthday week event in February 2024, with further collections planned.  She is pictured on the set of the show (above) with presenter John Scott.

John has enjoyed a varied and eclectic career as a costume supervisor, fashion guru and TV Presenter.  His work has taken him from regional theatre to the Hollywood Hills taking in the West End along the way. He has worked with super stars on block buster movies like Golden Eye, Tomb Raider, Four Weddings and a Funeral and Notting Hill, and for 10 years he was Fashion Expert and Presenter on  ITV’s This Morning.
