Although Pollyanna was renowned for her expeditions into remote parts of the world to study and paint endangered species in their natural habitats, she also loved to paint the animals found much closer to home!
All of the dogs she painted were individuals which she sketched from real life, resulting in delightful paintings like this one which capture the unique character of the breed.
