This heartwarming image of a cheetah with her cubs was inspired by the winning story in an international competition orgainsed by Pollyanna.
The International Young Writers Competition was organised by Pollyanna in her role as Global Ambassador for Australian conservation group Wildlife Warriors.
Entrants had to theme their stories around one of the conservation charities supported by Wildlife Warriors, and the winner, Jenna Townsend of Houston, Texas chose to write about cheetahs.
As part of the competition prize, Pollyanna agreed to complete a painting inspired by the winning entry. This painting ‘Kekay and her Cubs’ was unveiled for the first time at Pollyanna’s ‘Wildness’ exhibition. It has now been published as a limited edition print. Number One was sent to Jenna as part of her prize and the rest of the edition will be sold with £50.00 from each picture being donated to the Cheetah Conservation Foundation to support their work.
